汽轮机OPC试验的目的是在机组投入运行之前,对机组的转速控制能力加以验证,保证在各种可能的工况下汽机转速可控,避免发生超速以及计划外停机等事故。针对秦山核电二期扩建工程3#机组汽轮机首次OPC试验过程中发生的问题,进行系统全面的原因分析,并叙述试验过程中对各种可能原因的反复试验求证过程,最终找到根本原因并解决,总结出针对各种故障原因的各种解决方法。经过此次问题的处理,使技术人员摸清和掌握系统设备的特性,对今后同型机组的调试、检修以及故障诊断分析提供了宝贵的经验。
The purpose of the steam turbine OPC test is to validate the speed control ability of the unit before the unit is put into operation so as to ensure that the turbine speed is controllable under various possible conditions to avoid speeding and unplanned downtime accidents. In view of the problems occurred during the first OPC test of Steam Turbine of Unit 3 of Qinshan Nuclear Power Phase II Expansion Project, a systematic and comprehensive analysis of causes was made. The process of confirming and verifying various possible causes during the test was described. Finally, the root causes were found and resolved. Summarized various solutions to various causes of failure. After this issue is dealt with, the technical staff can make clear and master the characteristics of the system equipment, and provide valuable experience for the commissioning, overhauling and fault diagnosis analysis of the same-type unit in the future.
