Simson等根据体表心电图经放大、适当滤波后所得QRS晚电位(LP),于1981年报道了LP与室性心律不齐的关系。但目前人们对LP与左心室瘤、左心室机能的关系尚无明确认识。作者根据52例心肌梗塞患者的心电记录,探讨了LP与室忙心律失常及左心室机能的关系。对象:以急性心肌梗塞发病后5年内检出LP的52例70次记录为对象。患者年龄36~84岁(平均66岁),包括广泛性前壁梗塞18例,下壁梗塞26例,心内膜下梗塞6例,侧壁梗塞26例,不含束支阻滞、房颤和杂音在1.0μV以上的病例。在研究过程中,作者选择其
