一、德国高职模式及特点 德国职业教育体系的层次与结构是根据社会经济发展对人才需求确定的。其职业教育的思路从中学开始,延伸到终生教育。每一个层次和类型的职业教育都有严格、规范的具体要求。尽管在德国没有与高等职业教育相类似的大学名称,但按其培养目标、功能特色,属于高等教育层次职业教育的学校可分为四类:
