在对现行航空工装生产计划流程进行分析的基础上 ,以动态生产函数模型为原型 ,考虑了工装零件原材料需求量和设备工时消耗这两个对工装生产影响较大的随机因素 ,建立了以微观投入产出理论为基础的、反映工装生产实际的动态随机生产函数模型 ,并探讨了该模型在制订工装生产原材料供应计划和生产作业计划方面的应用
Based on the analysis of the production planning process of the current aviation tooling, taking the dynamic production function model as a prototype, we consider the random factors that have a great influence on the tooling production due to the demand for the raw materials of the tooling parts and the equipment man-hour consumption, Input-output theory, which reflects the actual dynamic production function model of tooling production, and discusses the application of the model in the preparation of raw material supply plans and production job plans for tooling
