为确定睡前一次口服前列腺素E_2(PGE_2)对急性十二指肠溃疡的疗效,作者对64例经内镜证实的急性十二指肠溃疡患者采用PGE_2100μg、50μg及安慰剂睡前一次口服进行随机、双盲、安慰剂临床对比试验,连续4周后复查以确定疗效。溃疡基底上皮再生、完全愈合者为成功,否则,无论溃疡缩小多少,均为失败。结果如下:64例患者中13例因多种原因未能完成疗程,余51例患者以男性占优势,在年龄、种族、体重、高度、既往
