近年来,电炉流程的工艺结构逐步向“紧凑型”方向发展。该趋势已引起国内钢铁界极大的兴趣。本文根据长城特殊钢股份有限公司为筹建一条年产50万吨钢的短流程生产线对欧洲电炉,炉外精炼,连铸考察结果和与外商技术谈判情况。探讨了在电炉短流程工艺结构中,电炉单体设备的技术进步,分析比较了超高功率交流、直流电炉和意大利的达涅利饱合阻抗、底吹氧电炉的技术和操作运行情况,并讨论了炉外精炼的炉型选择和各种精炼方式的适应性以及在连铸生产中适应于热装的工艺技术。最后提出了本公司拟建工艺路线。
