本文提出一种新型公路桥梁减振降噪伸缩装置设计,采用通用有限元软件ANSYS对其进行了详细的空间受力分析,并通过与常规伸缩装置的室外对比试验验证了其减振降噪性能。研究表明:(1)在车辆荷载作用下,该新型伸缩装置型钢边梁强度和刚度均满足规范要求;(2)当试验车辆以时速20km/h通过新型伸缩装置时,车体竖向振动加速度幅值只有通过常规伸缩装置时的1/4;当试验车辆以时速40km/h在其前轮和后轮分别通过新型伸缩装置时,车体竖向振动加速度幅值分别只有其通过常规伸缩装置时的1/2和1/4;(3)当试验车辆分别以时速20km/h、40km/h、60km/h驶过伸缩装置时,新型伸缩装置可比常规伸缩装置分别降噪4.2db、5.4 db和2.6 db。
In this paper, a new type of highway bridge vibration and noise reduction telescopic device design, using a common finite element software ANSYS carried out a detailed analysis of its space force, and with the conventional telescopic device outdoor comparison test to verify the vibration and noise reduction performance .
