长庆油田公司第一采油厂在重组改制后,由单一的国有制企业变为国家控股、多元投资的股份制企业。重组前全厂共有总支级单位19个,直属党支部8个,党员1500多人。重组分开后,总支级单位减至9个,直属支部减少至4个,党员人数减至570人。新组建的厂领导班子认为,企业性质变了,党在企业的政治核心地位不能变;政工部门减编了,在企业的阵地不能丢。他们
After the reorganization and restructuring, the first oil production plant of Changqing Oilfield Company has changed from a sole state-owned enterprise to a joint-stock enterprise under state control and diversified investment. Before the reorganization, the whole plant totally has 19 general-level units, 8 directly under the party branches and more than 1,500 party members. After the reorganization and separation, the total unit level was reduced to nine, the direct branch was reduced to four and the number of party members reduced to 570.
