近年来,随着干部管理工作的不断完善,干部考察材料的质量也日趋提高。但是,由于种种原因,干部考察材料程度不同地出现了脸谱化、公式化的失真现象。一、干部考察材料失真的主要表现一是固定模式,千人一面,不能明显表现出一个干部的固有个性和与众不同的工作能力、工作作风。二是避实就虚,语言抽象。定性分析多,定量分析少,套话、原则话多,具体内容少。三是起点不高,标准不严。对不同层次、不同职务的干部标准在考察材料的反映中上下一般粗,缺乏针对性。四是文过饰非,言过其实。有些考察材料对考察对象的优点、成绩不适当地夸大和升华,对缺点则轻描淡写。二、干部考察材料失真的主要原因一是座谈对象提供的情况有偏颇。一些座谈对象或敷衍应付,或揣度上级的意向发表意见,或夸夸其谈,甚至不惜把“猫画成虎”。二是考察人政策水平不高,业务生疏。一些对组织、人事工作不够熟悉的新同志,缺乏必要的岗前培训,考察业务生疏,谈
