目的:研究山橙枝叶的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、ODS及RP-HPLC对山橙枝叶化学成分进行分离纯化,并根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从山橙枝叶的95%乙醇提取物中分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为:乌苏酸(1)、22α-羟基乌苏酸(2)、白桦酸(3)、白桦醇(4)、2,3-dihydroxy-1-(4-hy-droxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-propan-1-one(5)、(+)-异落叶松树脂醇(6)、(±)-甘草素(7)、水杨酸(8)、β-谷甾醇(9)、胡萝卜苷(10)。结论:首次报道化合物2的NMR数据,所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of orange leaves and leaves. Methods: The chemical constituents of the branches and leaves of the orange were isolated and purified by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, ODS and RP-HPLC. The structures of the compounds were identified by their physico-chemical properties and spectral data. RESULTS: Ten compounds were isolated from the 95% ethanol extract of the leaves of mountain orange. The compounds were identified as ursolic acid (1), 22α-hydroxysuccinic acid (2), betulinic acid (3) (5), (+) - xylitol resin (6), (±) -liquiritigenin, 2,3-dihydroxy- (7), salicylic acid (8), β-sitosterol (9) and daucosterol (10). Conclusion: For the first time, the NMR data of compound 2 were reported. All the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
