随着一系列改革措施的陆续出台,长期以来我国港口收费结构不合理、市场化程度过低、收费项目繁多等突出矛盾得到了有效改善,港口收费体系将日趋合理、科学日前,交通运输部、国家发改委以规范性文件的形式联合下发《中华人民共和国港口计费办法》(简称《计费办法》),以“减项、并项、降费”为原则,清理和修订了港口收费相关文件,调整和优化了港口收费政策制度,并对港口收费项目、计费方式、收费标准等进行了进一步的完善和规范。《计费办法》自2016年3
