跨国公司在争夺竞争优势这场世纪战争之中,不断地修正各自的竞争战略。文章分析跨国公司竞争优势的构成要素的同时,着重介绍了共同管理经济的概念。在分析在竞争理念、经营战略、投资战略等方面的发展与变化的基础上,讨论了共同管理经济对维持跨国公司长期竞争力的特殊作用。对我国的跨国公司来说,当前应在深入研究各国跨国公司竞争战略发展与变化的前提下扬长避短,重点发展我国的跨国公司,实现共同管理最优化。 Multinational corporations in the competition for competitive advantage this century war, constantly revised their competitive strategy. While analyzing the components of the competitive advantage of multinational corporations, this article focuses on the concept of co-management of economy. Based on the analysis of the development and changes in the concepts of competition, business strategy and investment strategy, the special role of co-management of economy in maintaining the long-term competitiveness of MNCs is discussed.
