针对平煤股份十二矿允许可采建筑物下存在较大量压煤的问题,并为了实现矿井平稳发展、控制地表下沉和减小瓦斯治理难度,提出了采用固体充填物充填采空区,采出建筑物下压煤的开采模式,通过充填工艺实践,解决了充填物进入采空区、相关工艺及参数等问题,在保证地面建筑物完好的情况下,能有效采出平煤股份十二矿允许可采建筑物下压煤463万t以上,并为解放平煤股份“三下”压煤摸索出一种行之有效的工艺。
