国际标准化组织 (ISO)颁布的ISO10015(质量管理—培训指南 )国际标准 ,对规范国际培训市场 ,特别是企业内部培训 ;全面提高各类组织培训质量 ;构筑人力资源开发体系具有重要作用。最近 ,国家经贸委培训司、经济干部培训中心联合举办了《中国企业采用ISO10015国际标准经验推介会》 ,现将有关领导讲话摘发如下 ,以供参考
The International Standard ISO10015 (Quality Management - Training Guide) promulgated by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) has an important role in regulating the international training market, especially the internal training of enterprises. It is of great significance to comprehensively improve the training quality of all kinds of organizations and to establish a human resources development system. Recently, the Training Department of the State Economic and Trade Commission and the Training Center for Economic Cadres jointly organized the “Promotion Meeting of Chinese Enterprises on the Experience of Using ISO10015 International Standards”, and the relevant leaders’ speeches are hereby given as follows for reference
