第一条首日封集邮1.1为首日封收集者提供参加集邮展览的机会,以调动集邮者的积极性,提高参展者的制作水平和编组技巧,特制定本评审专用规则。1,2首日封类展品目前还处于试验阶段,在中华全国集邮联合会没有正式颁布有关规则之前,本评审专用规则仅适用于北京市的各级集邮展览。第二条竞赛性展品首日封类展品,就是在本评审专用规则第三条所规定的范围内,围绕一个主题,并按照一定的逻辑顺序将所收集到的相关素材编组起来的展品。
The First Day Cover Philately 1.1 provides the first day cover collector with the opportunity to participate in the Philatelic Exhibition to mobilize the enthusiasm of the collectors and enhance the production level and grouping skills of the exhibitors. Article 2 The exhibits on the first day of the first competitive exhibits shall be exhibits organized around the subject within the scope specified in Article 3 of the appraisal special rules and in accordance with certain logical order.
