液压千斤顶安全阀是保证千斤顶正常使用、安全操作的重要元件。联邦德国“BEVA”公司与承德千斤顶总厂的协议及冀QB/CDJ303—89标准规定:“千斤顶的安全阀装置,必须保证举起不小于额定起重量的载荷,其开启载荷调定在额定载荷105%~115%范围内”。安全阀的稳定性,在“协议”和“标准”中作为一个重要指标被提出,所以如何选择合理的设计方案是保障这一指标的前提。现就立顶JD_2、JD_4和卧顶JDK1.5型安全阀结构分析如下:
