目的 评价多层螺旋 CT测定冠状动脉钙化积分的准确性。材料与方法 45例患者 (32例有冠心病病史 ,其余 13例无症状 )行多层螺旋 CT(MSCT)钙化积分检查 ,其中 10例另行冠状动脉造影检查。结果 冠心病组的平均钙化分数为 480 .5± 42 .3,与无症状组的 12 6 .3± 2 3.9有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;将 10例进行血管造影的患者 4的结果与多层螺旋 CT所得的冠状动脉钙化分数作对比 ,以积分大于 40 0者统计为阳性 ,发现两者之间的结果无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 MSCT整合心电门控扫描可较准确地测量冠状动脉钙化积分 ,为临床的治疗提供依据
Objective To evaluate the accuracy of multi-slice spiral CT in determining coronary artery calcification score. Materials and Methods 45 patients (32 patients had a history of coronary heart disease, the remaining 13 asymptomatic) were examined by multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) calcification, and 10 patients underwent coronary angiography. Results The mean calcification score was 480.5 ± 42.3 in coronary heart disease group and 12 6 .3 ± 2 3.9 in asymptomatic group (P <0.05). In 10 patients undergoing angiography 4 results and multislice spiral CT coronary angiography compared to the score, more than 40 points were statistically positive statistics and found no significant difference between the two results (P> 0.05). Conclusion MSCT integrated ECG gated scan can accurately measure coronary artery calcification score, provide the basis for clinical treatment
