本研究以细菌内毒素脂多糖(LPS)为阳性对照,采用淋巴细胞激活因子分析法对25株急性根尖周炎患牙根管内厌氧菌诱生白细胞介素—1的能力进行了研究。结果显示超声粉碎菌体以及菌培养上清液均具有较强的白细胞介素—1诱生力。G~-菌的诱生力主要来自菌体成分,以颊类杆菌和牙龈类杆菌最强;G~+菌的诱生力主要来自其代谢产物,以短真细菌和痤疮丙酸杆菌最强。表明感染根管内厌氧菌很可能通过白细胞介素—1而介导急性根尖周病变的发生。
In this study, the bacterial endotoxin lipopolysaccharide (LPS) as a positive control, the use of lymphocyte activation factor analysis of 25 acute apical periodontitis root canal anaerobic bacteria induced interleukin-1 ability. The results showed that the sonicated bacterial cells and the supernatant of the bacterial culture have strong IL-1 induction. The inducing force of G ~ - bacteria was mainly from the components of bacteria, the strongest was that of buccal and gingivalobacteria; the inducing force of G ~ + bacteria was mainly from its metabolites, the strongest was Bacillus subtilis and Propionibacterium acnes . That infected anaerobic bacteria within the root canal probably through the interleukin-1 mediated acute periapical lesions occur.
