本文选取中外合资企业作为研究对象,从合资企业母公司之间的信任关系出发,研究其对中方公司知识获取的影响。通过引入沟通及媒介渠道等中介变量,我们对于合资企业间信任关系对中方公司知识获取的影响机制有了进一步认识。
This article chooses Sino-foreign joint ventures as the research object, and studies the influence of the trust on the knowledge acquisition of Chinese companies from the trust relationship between the parent companies of the joint ventures. By introducing intermediary variables such as communication and media channels, we have further understanding of the impact mechanism of the trust relationship between joint ventures on the knowledge acquisition of Chinese companies.
