目前社会上面对“80后”的应届大学毕业生存在这样一种现象:一方面,大学生就业难已成为一个新的社会问题;另一方面,企业花大量精力招聘培养的大学生流失率太高,以致有些企业已经放弃招聘应届毕业生。难道应届毕业生真的不值一用?显然不是!像IBM、宝洁、微软、联想等无数知名企业都在校园招聘中持续地加大投入,一些中小企业也更多地走进了校园,这些都印证了应届毕业生是企业人才的重要来源。然而,“80后”大学生自身存在的一些问题也确实让不少企业深感困惑,到底应该怎样做才能让这些应届毕业生真正成为企业的栋梁之材呢?
