研究了旋叶式压缩机的结构特点.依据达朗伯原理,建立了结构受力的数学模型,并编制软件对其进行了动力分析,对旋叶式压缩机的两种典型结构进行了受力分析及比较.研究结果表明,新型双作用旋叶式压缩机在滑片受力、摩擦耗功等方面均表现出明显优势,是一种有发展前景的新机型.研究结果为旋叶式压缩机设计提供了必要的理论依据
The structural characteristics of rotary vane compressor are studied. According to the principle of Darumber, a mathematical model of the structure force was established, and the software was used to analyze the dynamic force. Two types of typical structure of the rotary vane compressor were analyzed and compared. The results show that the new double-acting rotary vane compressor shows obvious advantages in the aspects of force of sliding vane, frictional work, and so on. It is a new model with promising prospects. The results provide the necessary theoretical basis for the design of rotary vane compressor
