【目的】探讨高频超声联合钼靶检测在早期乳腺癌诊断中的应用价值。【方法】选取2010年4月至2012年12月期间本院收治的225例经病理诊断确诊为乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,回顾性分析其彩色多普勒超声及钼靶检查资料。【结果】高频超声(77.8%)与钼靶(78.7%)检出率数据比较差异无统计学意义( P>0.05),高频超声联合钼靶检出率(90.7%)明显高于单纯高频超声或钼靶检出率(P <0.05),联合诊断检出率与病理诊断数据比较差异无统计学意义( P >0.05);早期乳腺癌患者的声像表现主要以边界不清(81.1%) ,RI≥0.7(79.4%) ,形态不规则(85.7%)等为主;钼靶显像主要以肿块(46.9%)、钙化(21.5%)以及肿块伴钙化(15.3%)等为主。【结论】高频超声联合钼靶检测能够明显提高早期乳腺癌检出率,彩色多普勒高频超声与钼靶检查各有优势,作用互补,值得临床推广应用。“,”Objective]To explore the value of diagnosing early breast cancer with high‐frequency ultra‐sonography and mammography .[Methods]A total of 225 cases of early breast cancer confirmed pathologically were recruited from April 2010 to December 2012 .And retrospective analyses were conducted for the data of color Doppler ultrasound and mammography .[Results]The detection rate of high‐frequency ultrasound (77 .8% ) and mammography (78 .7% ) showed no statistical significance ( P >0 .05) .The detection rate of high‐frequency ultrasound plus mammography (90 .7% ) was significantly higher than either alone ( P <0 .05) .The predominant features were mass (46 .9% ) ,calcification (21 .5% ) and mass with calcification (15 .3% ) ,etc .[Conclusion]Combined ultrasonography and mammography may boost greatly the detection rate of early breast caner .High‐frequency color Doppler ultrasound and mammography examination have their own advantages and may be complementary .It is worthy of wider clinical promotions .
