目的:探讨产前检查对妊娠结局及围生儿情况的影响,并分析其临床应用价值。方法:选取在佛山市南海区第七人民医院进行常规产前检查的孕妇500例,将其按照孕妇是否可以按时接受规范产前检查分为两组,定时接受规范产前检查的孕妇303例,记为观察组,未能定时接受规范产前检查的孕妇197例,记为对照组,分别对两组孕妇的孕期健康知识掌握情况、孕妇妊娠结局以及围生儿不良结局发生情况进行比较。结果:观察组孕妇在孕期相关健康知识的了解程度调查结果、孕妇早产、过期妊娠、胎盘前置、胎盘早剥、产后出血、重度子痫前期的发生率、围生儿合并宫内感染、新生儿窒息、低体质量、先天畸形、死亡的几率等的比较上均显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过积极的、规范的产前检查,有利于提高孕妇对相关健康知识的了解程度,为医生及早发现妊娠不良影响因素并给予干预提供可靠依据,以降低不良妊娠结局的发生率,为保证母婴健康提供保证。
Objective: To investigate the effect of prenatal examination on pregnancy outcome and perinatal condition, and to analyze its clinical value. Methods: A total of 500 pregnant women undergoing routine antenatal examination at the Seventh People’s Hospital of Nanhai District, Foshan City were enrolled. They were divided into two groups according to whether the pregnant women were able to receive regular prenatal tests on time. There were 303 pregnant women regularly receiving prenatal tests, Recorded as the observation group, failed to regularly receive standardized prenatal examination of 197 pregnant women, recorded as a control group, respectively, two groups of pregnant women during pregnancy health knowledge, pregnancy outcomes and perinatal unhealthy outcomes were compared. Results: The results of the survey on the understanding of pregnant women in pregnancy related health knowledge survey results, pregnant women premature delivery, overdue pregnancy, placenta previa, placental abruption, postpartum hemorrhage, the incidence of severe preeclampsia, perinatal complications of intrauterine infection, neonatal Children with asphyxia, low body weight, congenital malformations and the chances of death were significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Through positive and standardized prenatal care, it helps to improve pregnant women’s understanding of relevant health knowledge, provides a reliable basis for doctors to detect and prevent adverse pregnancy factors as early as possible to reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes, in order to ensure Maternal and child health is guaranteed.
