目的:建立药用忍冬中镉、铜、铅、铬4种重金属检测方法,测定不同品种忍冬中重金属残留量。方法:采用微波消解法处理不同品种的药用忍冬药材,利用石墨炉原子吸收分光光谱法分别测定忍冬中镉、铜、铅、铬4种重金属元素,并对测定方法进行了方法学考察。结果:测定方法经方法学考察均科学有效,标准曲线线性相关度均大于0.999 0,镉、铜、铅、铬的回收率(n=9)分别为94.1%、98.3%、105.1%、96.6%;参照2010年版中国药典中的重金属元素的限量标准,部分品种忍冬中镉的含有量超出国家药典委员会规定的限量范围。结论:该方法操作简便、快速,可较好地用于中药材忍冬品种中重金属残留量的测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of four heavy metals in medicinal honeysuckle, including cadmium, copper, lead and chromium, and to determine the residues of heavy metals in honeysuckle. Methods: Microwave-assisted digestion was used to treat different medicinal honeysuckle medicinal materials. The contents of four heavy metals (Cd, Cu, Pb, Cr) in honeysuckle were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Results: The method was scientifically validated by methodology and the linear correlations of the standard curves were all greater than 0.999 0. The recoveries of cadmium, copper, lead and chromium (n = 9) were 94.1%, 98.3%, 105.1% and 96.6% ; With reference to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010 edition of the limit of heavy metal elements, some varieties of honeysuckle cadmium content exceeds the limit set by the State Pharmacopoeia Commission. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and can be applied to the determination of heavy metal residues in Chinese honeysuckle varieties.
