Objective To evaluate the temperature comfort of pilots with capsized anti-G clothing at different metabolic levels and different ambient temperatures. Methods Six subjects were exposed to 20 ° C, 25 ° C and 35 ° C at different metabolic levels, respectively, and were fitted with KH 3 anti-kits and KH 7 anti-kits. Each test 70min. The micro-climate assessment device was used to measure the temperature of the undergarment and the moisture content of the undergarment and to evaluate the temperature comfort in three subjective ways. Results During the test period, there was no significant difference in the value of under-coat temperature and the increase of wetness rate between clothes in group Ⅲ (or group Ⅳ). Compared with group Ⅲ (or group Ⅳ), group Ⅰ (group Ⅱ), groupⅤ (group Ⅵ), group Ⅶ (or group Ⅷ) had significant or very significant increment Sexual significance (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Group Ⅰ (or group Ⅱ) and group Ⅴ (or Ⅵ group) under the clothing temperature value, underwear moisture value increased significantly (P <0. 05). Group Ⅰ to group Ⅷ under the clothing temperature, moisture under the clothes for comparison, Ⅶ group (or Ⅷ group) and other groups added value has a very significant (P <0.01). Conclusion In a certain range of ambient temperature, the metabolic level can affect the temperature comfort of the human body more than the ambient temperature. In the environment of 20 ℃, pilots wear KH 3 anti-khaki and KH 7 anti-kimono flight, the micro-climate under the clothes is not suitable. At 25 ℃ environment engaged in low metabolic rate activity, no significant effect on temperature and comfort. 35 ℃ environment, even in low-level metabolism activities, will also seriously affect the pilot’s temperature comfort.
