转型是当代中国时代主题。我国技工教育经过50多年来的艰苦奋斗,日益成为国民建设劳动大军的技术摇篮,但长期以来,多头办学、条块分割,教育方式陈旧,低水平重复建设,技术人才培养还不能完全满足经济社会发展的需要。突破技工教育瓶颈,实现扩充数量、做大体量和提升质量的有机统一,是技工教育杀出重围迫在眉睫的选择。本文通过对当前技工教育存在问题的剖析,提出技工教育调结构、转机制、增实效的浅显认识,以利抛砖引玉。
Transformation is the theme of contemporary China. After more than 50 years of arduous struggle, our country’s technician education has increasingly become the technological cradle of the national army building a labor force. However, for a long time, long-term running, fragmented education, outdated education, low-level redundant construction and technical personnel training can not fully meet the requirements of economic and social development Development needs. To break through the bottleneck of mechanic education and achieve the organic unification of expanding the quantity, increasing the quantity and improving the quality is an imminent choice for technical education to surrender. Based on the analysis of the existing problems of mechanics education, this paper puts forward the simple understanding of adjusting the structure and mechanism of mechanics education and increasing effectiveness, in order to benefit from it.
