去年5月26日,科龙和小天鹅在北京宣布双方结成战略联盟,将在电子商务、生产、销售、开发以及股份多元化等多个层面上开展合作。科龙是国内最大的制冷家电生产企业,而小天鹅则是洗衣机行业的排头兵,双方的结盟将开启国内家电企业间合作竞争的新局面。从以“价格战”为主的恶性竞争到组成所谓的“价格联盟”,再到今天的“战略联盟”,我们看到,中国的家电企业已经认识到,要在竞争日益激烈和全球化的市场环境下生存,要赢得未来的竞争优势,必须改变传统的竞争规则,战略联盟无疑是当前家电企业实现“双赢”的理性选择。
On May 26 last year, Kelon and Little Swan announced the formation of a strategic alliance between the two parties in Beijing. They will cooperate in e-commerce, production, sales, development, and diversification of shares. Kelon is the largest domestic manufacturer of refrigerating appliances, and Little Swan is the vanguard of the washing machine industry. The alliance between the two parties will open up a new phase of cooperation and competition among home appliance companies in China. From the vicious competition based on “price wars” to the formation of the so-called “price coalition” and to today’s “strategic alliance,” we have seen that China’s home appliance companies have realized that they must become increasingly competitive and globalized. To survive in the market environment, to win the competitive advantage in the future, we must change the traditional competition rules, and strategic alliances are undoubtedly the rational choice for home appliances companies to achieve “win-win”.
