文章采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、实验法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法对攻防教学法在武术教学中的应用进行理论与实践研究,对上海体育学院2010级体育教育专业3班和5班的学生进行攻防教学实验,研究结果表明:攻防教学在武术套路课堂中提高了学生学习的兴趣和积极性、活跃了课堂气氛、加强了学生对动作的记忆和掌握,从而使学生更快、更牢地掌握套路动作,培养了学生的合作精神。“,”By using the methods of literature, expert interview, experiment, questionnaire and mathematical statistics for theory and practice research, the paper makes the teaching experience by using the attack teaching to the students of 2010 grade from Shanghai university of sports majoring in physical education in class 3 and class 5. The results show that attack teaching in VVushu has improved students' learning interest and enthusiasm,can form active classroom atmosphere, strengthen the movement memory of students, which can make students master the routine more faster and firmly, cultivate students' spirit of cooperation.
