文章分析讨论了汪克飞同志提出的白口铸铁锻造性能比较指标应用中的不妥之处,设计了单因素试验,研究了碳含量和合金元素对白口铸铁锻造性能的影响。结果表明,碳含量增加使白口铸铁的锻造性能单调下降;合金元素Mn、Si有使锻造性能恶化的作用,而Cr则有改善锻造性能的作用。
This article analyzes and discusses Comrade Wang Kefei white cast iron forging performance comparison index application of the inappropriate, designed single factor experiments to study the carbon content and alloying elements on the white cast iron forging performance. The results show that the increase of carbon content decreases the forging performance of white cast iron monotonically. The alloying elements Mn and Si have the effect of deteriorating the forging properties, while Cr has the effect of improving the forging properties.
