汽车ABS控制的效果与道路识别有着重要关系,在制动过程中实时对各轮胎所附着道路的附着系数进行识别,可及时地调整制动力,提高道路的附着利用率和制动效能,使汽车ABS控制更加合理.文中通过试验获得了ABS制动过程轮缸的可等效压力函数,由储气缸压力和轮缸压力控制阀开关信号的时间历程,推导出各轮的滑移率,进而得出附着系数,实现了道路识别.道路试验检测验证了该方法的可行性.
The effect of automobile ABS control has an important relationship with road identification. During the braking process, the adhesion coefficient of each road to the tires is identified in real time, and the braking force can be adjusted in time to improve the attachment and utilization efficiency and braking efficiency of the road, ABS control is more reasonable.This paper obtains the equivalent pressure function of wheel cylinder in ABS braking process by experiment and deduces the slip rate of each wheel by the pressure history of cylinder pressure and wheel cylinder pressure control valve, The coefficient of adhesion is obtained, and the road recognition is realized.The test of road test verifies the feasibility of the method.
