目的探索丹参饮对大鼠实验性脑缺血并发应激性溃疡的防治作用及机制。方法健康成年Wistar大鼠60只,随机分为5组(空白对照组、模型对照组、丹参饮高剂量、丹参饮中剂量、丹参饮低剂量组)。采用大脑中动脉栓塞法制备脑缺血并发应激性胃溃疡模型。检测各组胃黏膜溃疡指数(UI)、胃组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、前列腺素(PGE2)的变化。结果丹参饮可以降低胃黏膜溃疡指数(UI);升高超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、降低丙二醛(MDA);升高前列腺素(PGE2),与模型组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论丹参饮对脑缺血并发应激性溃疡有防治作用,可清除自由基、升高PGE2保护胃黏膜。
Objective To explore the protective effect and mechanism of Salvia miltiorrhiza on stress ulcer induced by experimental cerebral ischemia in rats. Methods Sixty healthy adult Wistar rats were randomly divided into 5 groups (blank control group, model control group, high dose of Danshen formula, medium dose of Danshen Decoction and low dose of Danshen Yin). A model of cerebral ischemia and stress ulcer was established by middle cerebral artery occlusion. The changes of gastric mucosal ulcer index (UI), gastric tissue superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA) and prostaglandin (PGE2) were detected. Results Salvia miltiorrhiza could decrease the gastric mucosal ulcer index (UI), increase the superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA), and increase the content of prostaglandin (PGE2) in the model group P <0.01). Conclusion Danshen Yin on cerebral ischemia and stress ulcer have preventive and therapeutic effects, can scavenge free radicals, increased PGE2 protection of gastric mucosa.
