新课程标准实施以来,逐渐形成了“健康第一”的体育教学理念。世界卫生组织对健康下的定义:身体健康,心理健康和良好的社会适应能力。1学校和教师往往只关注了学生的身体健康,却忽视了学生的心理健康和社会适应能力。然而心理健康是中小学生健康成长的重要部分,尤其是目前独生子女较多的情况下,中小学的心理健康教育问题尤为重要。素质拓展训练是一种以提高心理素质和社会适应能力为主要目的,兼具体能练习的综合素质教育。素质拓展训练正好可以弥补我们日常体育课对学生心理健康教育的忽视同时它还可以兼顾锻炼学生的身体。所以素质拓展作为一种新型的项目进入中小学课堂是学校体育教学的一个趋势,是中小学生素质教育中不可缺少的一项。

Quality development training is a kind of quality education to improve the psychological quality and social adaptability as the main purpose, both practical and comprehensive quality education. Discipline development training just can make up our daily physical education students ignore the psychological health education at the same time it can take into account the students exercise the body. Therefore, as a new type of project, quality development into primary and secondary schools is a trend of physical education in schools. It is an indispensable item in primary and secondary school students’ quality education.
