胫腓骨多段骨折多由高能量损伤引起，常伴有胫前软组织的广泛挫伤或缺损，骨折移位明显，并发症较多，处理困难。2001年至2005年，笔者用复位固定器治疗新鲜胫腓骨多段骨折27例，报道如下。
