从全球范围看,世界造船产业的中心已基本实现了从西方国家向东方国家的转移。世界造船业竞争格局总体上呈现出日韩双雄争霸、中国快速追赶、欧洲逐渐衰退的态势,中日韩持单量始终保持在90%以上。钢材是造船所用的最大宗材料,在造船成本中也占据着最大的成本比例。因此如何实现钢铁和造船产业在供应链上的深度合作。对于促进两个产业的健康有序发展,实现双赢,有着重要的意义
Globally, the center of the world’s shipbuilding industry has basically realized the transfer from western countries to eastern countries. The competition pattern in the world’s shipbuilding industry generally shows the hegemony of Japan and South Korea, the rapid catching-up of China and the gradual decline of Europe. The number of orders held by China, Japan and South Korea has remained at over 90%. Steel is the largest shipbuilding materials, shipbuilding costs also occupy the largest cost ratio. Therefore, how to realize the deep cooperation in the supply chain between steel and shipbuilding industry. It is of great significance to promoting a healthy and orderly development of the two industries and achieving a win-win situation
