高职教学采用“工作过程导向”的课程开发模式,以就业岗位为培养目标进行课程设置研究,把岗位能力划分为三种,分别为专业能力;方法能力和社会能力。从专业所面向的职业岗位群的现状和发展趋势入手进行分析,将建筑施工过程分解成多个有机衔接的工序,根据工序设置课程,打破学科型的课程体系,构建能力型的工作过程化课程体系。实现学生的学习过程与就业岗位的工作过程的一致性。
The higher vocational teaching adopts the curriculum development mode of “work process orientation ”, and studies the curriculum setup with the employment post as the training goal. The post ability is divided into three kinds, which are professional ability, method ability and social ability. Analyzed from the status quo and developing trend of professional job group for professional, this paper breaks down the process of building construction into several processes of organic convergence, sets up the curriculum according to the process, breaks the subject-based curriculum system and constructs the capability-based work process curriculum system. To achieve the student’s learning process and employment process of the work process consistency.
