某航空制造企业是多品种、小批量的生产模式,产品零件多达数千种,加工设备众多,工艺流程复杂,造成现场管理难度大,质量追溯困难。为此在分析当前机械制造车间现场管理中存在问题的基础上,提出了系统总体设计目标和架构,构建出以“精益生产、智能制造”为特点的车间管理系统,并以此建立数字化车间,对制造执行过程中的关键问题进行了研究和系统实现。
