“南友模式”是广西高速公路管理的一种体制,文章介绍了广西西南高速公路管理处管理体制的构建经验,及其作为改革示范点为广西高速公路的管理模式改革做出积极尝试的意义。
“South Friendship Model” is a kind of system of Guangxi expressway management. The paper introduces the construction experience of management system of Guangxi Southwest Expressway Administration and the significance of making it a positive attempt to reform the management mode of Guangxi Freeway .
