目的:分析老年2型糖尿病合并高血压患者糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)水平与N端前脑钠肽(NT-proNBP)水平的相关性。方法:选择我院2014年3月至2016年3月收治的老年2型糖尿病合并高血压患者90例;按照患者的糖化血红蛋白水平将全部患者分成对照组(HbAlc<7%,40例)和实验组(HbAlc≥7%,50例);选择彩色多普勒超声心电图来对患者的心脏结构参数指标进行测量,并对左室射血分数(LVEF)进行记录;选择酶联免疫吸附法来对患者的血浆N端前脑钠肽水平进行测定;对两组患者的各项指标进行观察比较。结果:实验组患者各项心脏结构参数指标均显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05),LVEF显著低于对照组(P<0.05);另外实验组患者的HbAlc、NT-proNBP水平均显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05);Pearson分析结果发现,HbAlc和血清NT-proNBP水平表现为正相关。结论:老年2型糖尿病合并高血压患者的HbAlc水平和NT-proNBP水平表现为正相关。
Objective: To analyze the correlation between the level of HbA1c and the level of N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proNBP) in elderly type 2 diabetic patients with hypertension. Methods: Ninety elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and hypertension were enrolled in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2016. All patients were divided into control group (HbAlc <7%, 40 cases) and experimental group according to their HbA1c levels (HbAlc≥7%, 50 cases). The color Doppler echocardiography was used to measure the parameters of the cardiac structure of the patients and the left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) was recorded. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay Patients with plasma N-terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide levels were measured; the two groups of patients were observed and compared. Results: The parameters of cardiac structure in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05), and LVEF was significantly lower than that in control group (P <0.05). In addition, the levels of HbAlc and NT-proNBP in experimental group were significantly higher (P <0.05). Pearson analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between HbA1c and serum NT-proNBP levels. Conclusion: There is a positive correlation between HbA1c level and NT-proNBP level in elderly type 2 diabetic patients with hypertension.
