本文对56例湿疹、荨麻疹患者的RBC—C3b受体花环率及 RBC—IC花环率进行测定,显示正常对照组与湿疹、荨麻疹的RBC—C3b受体花环率差异无显著性,P>0.05;与RBC—IC花环率差异有显著性,P<0.05。不同类型的湿疹、荨麻疹其RBC—C3b受体花环率及RBC—2C花环率均无显著性差异;而治疗前后患者其RBC—IC花环率明显下降,差异有显著性。说明红细胞免疫功能在荨麻疹、湿疹的发病机理上起着重要作用。
In this paper, 56 cases of eczema, urticaria patients RBC-C3b receptor rosette rate and RBC-IC rosette rate was measured, the control group and eczema, urticaria RBC-C3b receptor rosette rate was no significant difference (P> 0.05; There was significant difference with RBC-IC rosette rate, P <0.05. There were no significant differences in RBC-C3b rosette rate and RBC-2C rosette rate between different types of eczema and urticaria, while the RBC-IC rosette rate was significantly decreased before and after treatment. The difference was significant. Erythrocyte immune function in the pathogenesis of urticaria, eczema play an important role.
