目的:研究中药青蒿复方对SLE的治疗作用。方法:采用脂多糖诱导BALB/C小鼠多克隆B细胞活化模型,随机分为中药组、中药加激素组、单纯激素组及空白对照、正常对照组,对照观察模型小鼠血清ANA、IgG及CIC水平。结果:中药青蒿复方可显著降低血清ANA、IgG及CIC,较之空白对照组有统计学意义,并且在降低CIC方面明显优于激素组(P<0.05);而中药青蒿复方加激素治疗SLE,对各项指标的改善作用显著优于单纯中药组及单纯激素组。结论:中药青蒿复方具有抑制模型动物的体液免疫过亢的作用;中药与激素结合,对抑制B细胞高活化状态、有效地发挥治疗作用,具有协同效果。
OBJECTIVE: To study the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine A. annua on SLE. Methods: BALB/C mouse polyclonal B cell activation models induced by lipopolysaccharide were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine group, traditional Chinese medicine plus hormone group, simple hormone group and blank control, normal control group. CIC level. RESULTS: Compared with the blank control group, the Chinese herbal medicine A. annuu could significantly reduce serum ANA, IgG and CIC, and was significantly superior to the hormone group in reducing CIC (P<0.05); SLE, the improvement of the indicators was significantly better than the simple Chinese medicine group and simple hormone group. Conclusion: The Chinese herbal medicine A. annua has the effect of inhibiting the humoral immunity of model animals. The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and hormones has a synergistic effect in inhibiting the high activation state of B cells and effectively exerting a therapeutic effect.
