利用2002~2008年间黑龙江13座城市的面板数据,基于非参数DEA的Malmquist指数法对科技创新效率进行了测算和分解,并在此基础上对其进行了收敛分析。测算结果表明,2002~2008年间黑龙江科技创新效率呈现增长的态势,其动力主要来源于规模效率,并发现创新工作的2座重点城市和3座典型城市。收敛分析结果表明,黑龙江科技创新效率存在绝对β收敛。
Using panel data of 13 cities in Heilongjiang from 2002 to 2008, Malmquist index method based on non-parametric DEA is used to measure and decompose the efficiency of scientific and technological innovation. On the basis of this, the convergence analysis is carried out. The calculation results show that from 2002 to 2008, the efficiency of science and technology innovation in Heilongjiang Province showed an increasing trend. The driving force mainly came from the two key cities and three typical cities where the scale efficiency was found and innovation was found. The result of convergence analysis shows that there is absolute β convergence in the efficiency of science and technology innovation in Heilongjiang Province.
