本文提出了情报管对理项目进行排序的一种新算法,即二次型最小偏差法。证明了在一定意义上这一新算法是最优的。还提出了衡量判断矩阵一致性的新指标量。在统计调查了期刊互引用情况的基础上,使用新算法对我国情报学5种核心期刊作了排序分析。
In this paper, we propose a new algorithm for sorting information items, that is, quadratic minimum deviation method. This new algorithm is proved to be optimal in a certain sense. A new metric to measure the consistency of judgment matrix is also proposed. Based on the statistical investigation of the mutual citations of journals, this paper uses the new algorithm to rank the five core journals of intelligence in our country.
