VSD负压引流术是一种处理浅表创面和用于深部引流的全新方法。能够彻底去除腔隙或创面的分泌物和坏死组织。2014年6~11月我科应用VSD负压引流术治疗第四期褥疮取得了满意的临床效果。现将护理体会报告如下。1临床资料2014年6~11月,我科共计应用VSD负压引流术治疗第四期褥疮病人共12例,17部位。年龄68~103岁,平均82.2岁;VSD负压引流治疗时间21~49天,平均35天。方法:术 VSD Negative Pressure Drainage is a new method of treating superficial wounds and for deep drainage. From June to November 2014, our department applied VSD negative pressure drainage to treat stage 4 bedsore and achieved satisfactory clinical results. Nursing experience now report as follows. 1 Clinical data 2014 6 ~ November, our department total application of VSD negative pressure drainage in the treatment of patients with stage 4 pressure ulcers a total of 12 cases, 17 parts.
