目的观察老年男性骨质疏松症(OP)患者外周血清瘦素水平表达。方法连续选择近期来诊的27例老年骨质疏松患者(OP组)和31例同龄、同性别、正常骨密度健康体检者(对照组),入选对象接受了外周血清瘦素(LEP)、骨钙素(BGP)和碱性磷酸酶(AKP)等指标测定。结果老年男性OP组的血清LEP浓度明显低于对照组,而血清BGP和AKP浓度则明显高于后者(P均<0.01～0.05)。结论老年男性OP患者存在明确外周血清LEP低水平表达。
Objective To observe the expression of peripheral serum leptin in elderly male patients with osteoporosis (OP). Methods A total of 27 elderly osteoporosis patients (OP group) and 31 healthy controls of the same age, same sex and normal BMD (control group) were enrolled in this study. The subjects received continuous leptin (LEP) Calcium (BGP) and alkaline phosphatase (AKP) and other indicators measured. Results The level of serum LEP in elderly male OP group was significantly lower than that in control group, while the serum BGP and AKP levels were significantly higher than those in control group (all P <0.01-0.05). Conclusion There are definite low levels of LEP in peripheral blood of elderly patients with OP.
