为了研究钢框架梁柱节点通过梁翼缘焊接盖板加固后的受力性能,为新编国标《钢结构加固设计规范》提供依据,建立4个梁柱节点模型,采用循环加载方式,利用ABAQUS有限元软件研究节点在不同初始负载等级下的抗震性能,重点分析节点的破坏形式、极限承载力、滞回特性、延性和耗能能力、刚度退化现象,并与加固前对比。结果发现:盖板法加固钢框架梁柱节点能够有效地提高节点的极限承载力和延性,并成功地将梁端塑性铰外移至距盖板末端约1/4梁高位置处,避免了梁柱节点焊缝位置处的破坏,实现了盖板法加固钢框架梁柱节点的效果。
In order to study the mechanical behavior of beam-column joints of steel frame reinforced with welded flanges of beam flanges, the basis for the new national Code for Design of Reinforcement of Steel Structures is provided. Four beam-column joint models are established. By means of cyclic loading, ABAQUS finite element The seismic performance of software research nodes under different initial load levels is analyzed. The failure modes, ultimate bearing capacity, hysteresis characteristics, ductility and energy dissipation capacity, and stiffness degradation of nodes are analyzed in detail, and compared with those before reinforcement. The results show that the steel plate beam-column joints can be effectively strengthened by the cover plate method, and the ultimate bearing capacity and ductility of the joint can be effectively increased. The plastic hinges on the beam ends are successfully moved to a height of about 1/4 of the beam height from the end of the cover plate, avoiding The failure of the welding position of the beam-column joint has realized the effect of the cover plate method to reinforce the beam-column joint of the steel frame.
