近年来类风湿关节炎(RA)的治疗药物及方法的临床研究不断增多，治疗理念不断更新，但临床上 RA的缓解率仍然很低，对 RA 的用药方法和观念需要有更进一步的认识和提高。2016年欧洲抗风湿病联盟(EULAR)推出了新的 RA 治疗建议，较2013年版本有不少更新和补充。本文结合国内的 RA 治疗现状对此次 EULAR 会议上发布的 RA 治疗建议进行介绍和解读，拟为本病的临床治疗提供一定的参考。“,”In recent years,the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) concepts are updated continuously accompanied by an increase in clinical studies.However,the remission rate is still relatively low in clinical practice, and medication and concept of RA needs to be further understood and improved.In 201 6 EUALR Congress,a new version of RA treatment recommendation has come up with many update and supplement comparing to 2013 version. Thus,the article provides an introduction and interpretation of the new version of RA treatment recommendation according to the domestic treatment status.The aim is to offer some references for RA treatment in clinic practice.
