目的探讨LEEP刀在治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)中的临床应用价值。方法 CINⅠ级及CINⅡ级行LEEP刀环切,CINⅢ级及部分原位癌住院行锥切,术后1个月观察伤口,术后3个月、6个月、9个月分别行TCT复查随访。结果随访至今无复发者。结论 LEEP刀治疗CIN疗效显著,手术时间短,操作简单易行,降低了宫颈癌的漏诊率与发生率,值得推广。 Objective To investigate the clinical value of LEEP knife in the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN). Methods CINⅠ and CINⅡlevels were excised by LEEP, CINⅢ and some carcinoma in situ were performed conical incision. The wounds were observed 1 month after operation. The patients were followed up for 3 months, 6 months and 9 months after operation. . Results No follow-up of patients with recurrence. Conclusion LEEP knife treatment of CIN significant effect, short operative time, easy to operate, reducing the rate of misdiagnosis and incidence of cervical cancer, it is worth promoting.
