在新的历史时期,为了适应社会经济发展,加快高技能人才队伍建设,山西省颁发了《山西省中长期人才发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》,其中提出,在“十二五”期间,要实现为125万人次提供鉴定服务,建成10个国家级示范鉴定所,培养100名省级优秀考评员,在50个企业建立技能人才评价制度。这要求我们加强研究市场经济条件下职业技能鉴定体系,以进一步推进技能人才评价工作,为山西省转型跨越提供技能人才保障。
