根据对水土保持生产实践的调研,目前水土保持专业人才培养中的教学模式、师资队伍、课程体系严重影响了人才培养和学生就业,社会对人才的需求表现为对所学知识的综合运用,水土保持工作岗位所需的主要技术为调查技术、水土保持监测技术、水土保持规划设计和水土流失治理。总结出人才培养需要掌握的行动领域和学习领域知识,从而为开发高职水土保持专业的课程体系、人才培养方案,构建科学的人才培养模式奠定了基础。
According to the investigation of soil and water conservation production practices, the current teaching models, faculty and curriculum system of soil and water conservation professionals have seriously affected the cultivation of talents and students’ employment. The demand for talents in society shows the comprehensive utilization of the learned knowledge. The main technologies needed to maintain their jobs are survey techniques, soil and water conservation monitoring techniques, soil and water conservation planning and design, and soil erosion control. Summed up the talent training need to grasp the field of action and domain knowledge, so as to develop professional soil and water conservation professional curriculum system, personnel training programs, build a scientific model of personnel training laid the foundation.
