1979年,我国钢铁工业消耗了7300万吨标准煤,约占国民经济总能耗的12%。如果我国的能耗指标达到世界先进水平,目前所消耗韵能源量可生产7000~8000万吨钢。在鞍钢每生产一吨钢的能耗中,矿山能耗(包括采矿、选矿)约占9%,其中选矿厂的能耗占矿山能耗的70%;在选矿厂的能耗中,电耗约占90%,煤、石油、蒸汽等其它能耗只占10%左右。本文主要对选矿厂电耗进行探讨,提出降低电耗的途径。
In 1979, China's iron and steel industry consumed 73 million tons of standard coal, accounting for about 12% of the total national energy consumption. If China's energy consumption index reached the world advanced level, the energy consumed by the current energy production can produce 7,000 to 80,000,000 tons of steel. In Anshan Iron and Steel production of one ton of steel, the energy consumption of mines (including mining, mineral processing) accounts for about 9%, of which the concentrator's energy consumption accounts for 70% of mine energy consumption; in the concentrator's energy consumption, power consumption About 90%, coal, oil, steam and other energy consumption accounts for only about 10%. This paper mainly discusses the power consumption of dressing plant, puts forward ways to reduce power consumption.
